Cash-for-work in Kabarto 2 training concludes

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the resilience of Syrian women and girls and the host community in Iraq, Baghdad Women Association center in Duhok concluded its third cash-for-work training activity on April 11, 2019, at the Kabarto 2 camp in Duhok.
The 10-day activity, supported by UNWOMEN and the European Trust Fund (MADAD), offered training for 10 women and girls on various subjects. These included basics related to women’s work, vocational training and means to integrate women into the labor market.
At the end of the activity, trainees were given the certificate of participation by the project coordinator.
