Training the last group of Job placement activity

#Baghdad_Women_ Association in cooperation with the Center for Qualification, Employment and Follow-up at the University of Technology carried out the training of the last group of employment activity and within the project (Strengthening the resilience of Syrian women and girls and host communities in Iraq) with the support of UNWOMEN and funded by the European trust Fund to respond to the Syrian crisis “MADAD” On 22 – 24 September 2019, the training covered several topics including job search – career goal – job description – job websites – CV – interview …. etc, with the implementation of several exercises as a practical application of the work of the CV and interviews Work.

The training aims to employ 120 women and girls in Dohuk and Baghdad after the interview and coordination with employers from the private sector in its various institutions to get girls to work.Girls will be supported during their initial training and employment by the project team by providing a safe, cooperative and healthy work environment for them ..
