Employment Training/ GROUP 2

Within the framework of the project “Strengthening the Resilience of Syrian Women and Girls and Host Communities in Iraq” and with the support of UN Women and the European Trust Fund MADAD #Baghdad_Women_Association staff in Duhok – Sije complete the second group of Job placement training for three days 25-27 Aug. 2019 in Domiz 1 camp for Syrian refugees in the presence of 28 girls and women.

The training covered a number of topics such as job seeking, how to create a CV and the information it contains and preparing for a job interview, as well as the types of interviews. The training concluded with the distribution of certificates of participation to the trainees, and according to the project the participants will be hired in the private sector, according to the desire and choice of each participation in the production of sweets and dairy in the laboratories As well as tailoring and hairdressers to suit the circumstances and skills of each.
