Online training about leadership skills

#Baghdad_Women_Association, in cooperation with the DAC Organization for the Development of Yazidi Women, and the Bridge to Italian Organization (UPP), implemented an online training about leadership skills for a group of women and girls via Zoom on 6-8 September 2020.

The workshop discussed several topics, the most important of which is the difference between leadership and authority, communication networks, and how to formulate the vision and goals, in addition to dividing the participants into working groups. The training was concluded with a presentation of stories of leading figures in the community selected by the participants.
