Early detection awareness

BWA Implemented two awareness session, in coordination with the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, for 24 women and girls. The sessions included the correct method of performing a periodic breast self-examination, health education for women over the age of 20, and guiding women about hospitals and health centers that provide free examination services during the month of October .The sessions aimed to raise awareness regarding the importance of early detection for women and girls to raise the recovery rate and reduce mortality rates.
It was also mentioned that health centers and hospitals in Nineveh provide free examinations during Pink October
