On November 15, 2014, Baghdad Women Association held a Conference of  launching the  advocacy campaign to reform policies against marriage outside the高仿愛馬仕 court in Sadr City, the conference was held at the oil cultural center  hall , attended the Conference the first judge of  personal status court of Sadr City Mr. (Amir Zain Al Abdeen) ,the media , and activists from civil society, the conference opened with a speech  by the project director  Sabren Khashan then there was  Showing a documentary film (Bdoon) which  personified the issue of marriage outside the court and its negative effects on society, and then the problem with all its social and legal details was discussed with the participants.Recommendations of the conference:• increase people’s awareness of the inhabitants in popular areas to register marriage contracts in the courts• Most marriages outside the court are by the minors due to the bad economic situation of the people, which needs real interventions by the government
• The campaign must not be limited on raising awareness only, but there must be a change in policies and the existence of sanctions and radical solutions, otherwise the problem will remain List
