Training and Employment the third group
In continuation to the activities of the project (Strengthening Resilience of Women Returnees, Refuges, Displaced and Host Communities in Kurdistan Region of Iraq) and by the support of GIZ and UNWomen, the Baghdad Women Association’s team of Duhok- Seji, implemented training the third group of job placement to the beneficiaries on 25th February which continued for three days till 27th February 2019. The subjects of the training were job description, the requirements of employment and how to search for a job and job objective in addition to training on how to write a professional CV. The training also included preparing for interviews with the exercises to break the ice, and at the end of the training was distributed certificates of participation to trainees. There were also pre and post tests to the trainees of the training. It is worth mentioning that the trainees will work with private sector partners from different institutions and companies after coordination of employment with these partners.
