The Ministry of Women ‘s Affairs to discuss the implementation of the strategic plan against violence against women with four ministries
Chaired by the Minister of State for Women’s Affairs d . Ebtehal Kasd Zaidi meeting sectorally included representatives of four ministries and experts in the preparation of plans and programs, as well as representatives and experts from the United Nations Fund for Population , to discuss plans of action four ministries for the implementation of the national strategy to combat violence against women in Iraq for the years (2014 2017) via integrated within their plans annual for those years .
And witnessed the meeting a review of the plans and Ministries of Health , Interior and Education and Labor and Social Affairs , which lasted several months for the preparation of cooperation between the Ministry of State for Women’s Affairs and the United Nations Fund for Population Center of Arab Women for Training and Research in Tunisia and Iraqi experts .

Ebtehal Kasd Zaidi “This is an important meeting in the framework of the implementation of the anti-violence strategy approved by the cabinet earlier this year, and is the first step and the right towards the integration of its goals within the partner ministries plans .”
