Regional Coalition Meeting against Human Trafficking

Reem Saheb from #Baghdad_Women_Association participated in the meeting of the regional coalition to combat human trafficking organized by #Jordanian_Women’s_Union in the Jordanian capital Amman for three days from September 24, 2019 at the Union’s headquarter, members of local and regional alliances in the countries (Iraq, Palestine, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, Jordan, Bahrain) also participated in the meeting which discussed human trafficking reality in Arab countries and highlighted the most important services provided to trafficking victims in these countries. They also talked about the regional referral system and the role of the concerned authorities in promoting local and regional referral to combat this crime.
