Meeting on conflict prevention and the importance of involving women in conflict resolution mechanisms in Najaf governorate

Baghdad Women Association held a meeting in Najaf governorate with community leaders on conflict prevention and the importance of involving women in conflict resolution mechanisms.
The meeting was attended by the manager of Women Empowerment Department in Najaf Governorate Office, Community Police, Civil Society Organizations, and the Media.
The meeting aims to increase the awareness of community leaders in Najaf on the importance of involving women in conflict prevention in their society.
This meeting is part of the Women for Peace Project funded by Cordaid which aims to increase the active participation of women in decision-making and conflict prevention.
