Baghdad Women Association participates in the Station’s session on the new electoral law

Ms. Batool Hussein of #Baghdad_Women_Association was invited to participate in a session held by the Station about the new election law on August 16, 2020, with the participation of a number of activists.

The session included many topics, such as an explanation of the new election law, its most important changes, and whether the election is a right or duty, in addition to the new policies that the Independent High Electoral Commission is pursuing, which is the mechanism for allocating new positions and its general functioning.
