Strengthening Women’s Communication Skills Through the Iraqi Female Changemakers Project

As part of the Iraqi Female Changemakers Project, Baghdad Women Association conducted an Effective Communication Training in Fallujah to strengthen participants’ skills in building trust, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement.

Through interactive activities and role-playing exercises, the training helped participants build confidence and develop practical communication skills to lead and advance their community initiatives more effectively.

Baghdad Women Association believes that investing in women’s capacities contributes to stronger and more resilient communities. Every new skill gained by a changemaker is a step toward a more inclusive and impactful future.
