BWA Participates in Discussion on Women’s Political and Electoral Participation in Baghdad

Baghdad Women Association participated in a discussion session organized by the Iraqi National Women’s Department on September 18, 2025, in Baghdad. The session focused on supporting women’s participation in the political and electoral process. This participation is part of Iraq’s Third National Action Plan for the Women, Peace and Security Agenda.

Supporting women’s involvement in politics and elections is essential to achieving greater inclusivity and balanced representation.
