BWA distributes items produced by cash-for-work activities

Baghdad_Women_Association’s staff in Seiji, Dohuk, continues to distribute items produced by the cash-for-work programme, one of the activities of the project “Strengthening the resilience of Syrian women and girls and host communities in Iraq”, supported by UN Women and the European Madad Trust Fund.

The staff of the center visited the Girls Shelter in Duhok on June 30, 2019 and distributed 15 bags of activity items, which included clothes and toys.

The aim of the visit was to bring joy to the girls staying at the shelter who are living away from their families.
