Training of trainers (TOT)

The Training Unit in #Baghdad_Women_Association conducted training on Training of trainers for Baghdad women Association staff and I Mentor Company as part of the effort to build the capacity of the staff. The training continued on 27-28 May 2019 at the headquarter of the Association in Al- Karrada. Training, stages, objectives, with the Qualified trainer skills and the various images of training, It ended with practical applications conducted by Staff through playing the role of the Trainer.
