Baghdad Women Association Participates in Regional Training on Feminist Evidence and Data for Addressing Violence Against Women and Girls




Baghdad Women Association participated in a regional training titled “Feminist Evidence for Change: Data Collection and Analysis in Programs Addressing Violence Against Women and Girls”, organized by the Arab Women Organization of Jordan (AWO), in partnership with CARE Germany and with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office(GFFO), as part of the Call to Action field implementation (CAFI) project.
The training continued over three days in Amman (10–12 November 2025), brought together partner feminist and women led organizations from Lebanon and Iraq, members of the Call to Action Field Implementation (CAFI) network, to strengthen their capacities in ethical and feminist data collection and analysis, and to translate evidence into concrete feminist actions and programs that enhance humanitarian response and accountability in the region.
This training comes as part of the Call to Action Field Implementation (CAFI) Network’s regional efforts to strengthen feminist leadership and build collective knowledge in the fields of protection, accountability, and response to violence against women and girls in the region.
