BWA Organizes Self-Care Session to Promote Staff Well-Being

As part of its commitment to promoting staff well-being and fostering a healthy work environment, Baghdad Women Association (BWA) organized a self-care session for its employees on 22 April 2026.
The session provided staff with an opportunity to relax, reduce stress, and focus on their mental well-being through a ceramic cup painting activity. The creative exercise encouraged self-expression, mindfulness, and emotional release, while creating a positive and supportive space for participants to connect with one another.
Recognizing that employee well-being is essential to delivering effective services and sustaining a positive workplace culture, BWA continues to integrate self-care and wellness activities into its organizational practices. Through these initiatives, the Association aims to strengthen staff resilience, promote work-life balance, and foster a supportive environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
