BWA Implements Community Engagement Initiatives in Kirkuk to Strengthen Social Cohesion

Baghdad Women Association, in collaboration with Youth Resilience Champions and the PVE Subcommittee, successfully implemented a series of inspiring community initiatives in the heart of Kirkuk. These initiatives aimed to foster positive interactions within the community and support youth and women through a variety of activities, including the preparation of the Youth Center, a Children’s Theater Day, a Drawing Day, as well as sports and folkloric events. All activities contributed to strengthening social cohesion and encouraging collaboration among diverse community groups. The active participation of local leaders and community members played a vital role in the success of these initiatives, highlighting their positive impact on the community as a whole.
