Workshop participation
The Staff of Baghdad Women Association, the project Manager Anwar Daniel and the community Mobilizer Sally Tariq participated in a training workshop organized by IOM on Project Management and how to write Proposal and Budget on August 20-27, 2019.
The training was divided into two parts the first part of the training included explanation the concept of the life cycle of the project and the planning stage and how to manage risks in addition to the plan of monitoring and evaluation
The complementary workshop for the second part of the training included topics on general context analysis, problem analysis, data collection, SMART indicators, mapping results, the difference between logical and follow-up framework , project scope, budget and other resources.
