Training workshops on political empowerment for young women

Baghdad Women Association, as part of the project (Enhance the Role of Women in Leadership and Decision-Making) funded by Norwegian People’s Aid Organization, implemented four activities during February and March 2021, three training workshops on political empowerment for young women targeting 60 young women who are new in civil and political work and survivors of domestic violence. As for the fourth event, it is within the activities of lobbying decision-makers to find fair and gender-responsive laws and legislations.
