Training workshop in Project Cycle Management

In continuation of the activities in project “Building organizational effectiveness and quality protection programming with Baghdad Women Association” and supported by the World Lutheran Federation, #Baghdad_Women_association held a training workshop on the management of the project cycle for three days in Karrada- Ishtar Hall in Baghdad governorate on April 28-29-30, The training was attended by a 16 Employees of Baghdad Women’s Association working in the headquarters – Karrada – and Obeidi and Erbil and Dahuk and the center of the Secretary and Qara Qosh.
The training course was started with a simple activity involved introduction for the attendance to each other and the trainer Dr. Ghaith Hamed. The training course was organized according to the schedule and over the three days: the project cycle and the needs assessment tools. The problem tree was also clarified and analyzed. Report writing, follow-up and evaluation of the project and project closure plan, with the aim of graduating employees capable of writing and managing projects efficiently and effectively
