Training on GBV/Case management with MSI

Within the project of (Empowering Women and Girls Returning in Nineveh Plain/ Qaraqoush) #Baghdad_Women_Association staff attended a training on GBV and case management with MSI organization in Erbil on November 11-14, 2019.

The first day included gender-based violence (GBV); the trainer explained the guidelines for working with GBV survivors and the root causes of violence, in addition to focusing on the subject of power and its impact on society from both the positive and negative aspects of its use.

The following days training also included explaining how to manage cases and how to develop the skills of workers in this field by explaining the steps of case management, follow up the cases, referral forms used, in addition to showing all forms used by the social workers during the case management.
