Sewing Workshop

As part of the project (Strengthening the Resilience of Syrian Women and Girls and Host Communities in Iraq) , staff of #Baghdad_Women_Association at the Listening and Guidance Center – Dohuk conducted a training course on sewing in Domiz 1 camp with the support of UN Women and the European Trust Fund “madad” on October7-30, 2019.

The number participants women were 31whose goal was to teach sewing women two days a week to meet their cravings for learning .
The outputs of the activity were to teaching a number of Syrian refugee women sewing and qualify them to start practicing sewing in their homes so that this profession is a source of livelihood for them and thus positively affect on them .
