Service Providers Meeting to Activate the Referral Pathway Map – Baghdad

#Baghdad_Women_Association staff in Baghdad organize a service providers meeting to activate the referral system on 21 May 2020, ten participants including civil society representatives, government officials and activists attended the meeting, within the framework of “Strengthening Access to Protection, Participation and Services for women Refugees, Internally Displaced People (IDPs) and women in Host Communities in Iraq”, funded by the European Union, through the EU’s Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syrian crisis, the EU ‘Madad’ Fund and implemented by a consortium led by EuroMed Feminist Initiative.

The meeting’s main goal is to increase participants’ knowledge about BWA’s work within the project, and shed light the services provided by the “listening and counseling centers” as well as relay the services participants can extend to support women and girls. The referral pathway map explained and illustrated to the participants.
