Service Providers Meeting – Najaf

#Baghdad_Women_Association staff in Karada implemented a referral pathway meeting in Najaf governorate via Skype, within the framework of “Strengthening Access to Protection, Participation and Services for women Refugees, Internally Displaced People IDPs and women in Host Communities in Iraq”, funded by the European Union, through the EU’s Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syrian crisis, the EU ‘Madad’ Fund, implemented by a consortium led by EuroMed Feminist Initiative on May16, 2020.

The meeting was attended by 9 participants, and discussions were mainly on the violence women faced during COVID-19 and the lockdown procedure, the services each participant can provide to women and girls,  in addition to activating the referral pathway in order to provide better services for women and girls in Najaf.
