Review Workshop on Anti-domestic violence draft law

Baghdad Women Association participated through its colleagues Lawyer Rasha Khalid and Jinan Hussain in a review workshop on the anti-domestic draft law prepared by Women Empowerment Directorates on 29th April 2019 on Baghdad Hall at Al-Rasheed International Hotel with the attendance of a large number of NGOs’ and a number of judges. Through the workshop, the attendants were divided into four groups and each group was responsible for reviewing the items of the draft and writing notes to be discussed at the end of the workshop along with recommendations to be discussed with the attending judges.
