Quarterly awareness session in collaboration with community leaders on the prevention and response to GBV and the importance of reporting cases of violence

The activity implemented at House of Lords of Qaraqosh/Qaraqosh on  January 17, 2023 The training targeted 20 participants within the project’s target areas.Explain what violence is, sex and gender, the mechanism for reporting cases of violence, the mechanism for receiving complaints, what aspects should be taken care of when interviewing the survivor, what are the safety measures, types of threats in cases of abuse, what to work on regarding the abused person and the survivor. Increasing the capacities of men and youth and raising awareness about violence, the mechanism for reporting cases of violence, the aim of promoting the culture of the workers who receive complaints and cases of services related to GBV, what are the safety measures, the types of threats in cases of abuse, what to do about the abused person and the survivor.
