Participation in a training and discussion session with MSI

A representative of #BaghdadWomenAssociation, Bernadit Estifan participated in training and a dialogue session with many international and local organizations at the invitation of MSI in Erbil / Ankawa on August, 7, 2019.

The training included the survey and presenting the results of the local marketing questionnaire and the percentage of women participation in the work. Dialogue was also opened with participants working in job creation programs for returning women, girls, displaced women and refugees. They may be challenging and obstacles during the implementation of these programs. Also discussed were the most important programs that help adolescents and the easiest ways to provide services, while discussing the challenges and the security situation and social obstacles that clearly affect the implementation and continuity of programs.
