PARC staff participates in training workshop on SGBV

PARC staff members participated in a training workshop, held by IRC, in Baghdad from 3rd to 5th of November 2015 on sex and gender based violence (SGBV).

The workshop, attended by a number of NGOs’ representatives, focused on the core concept of SGBV through defining the concept of the violence mentioned above, enabling the participants to share their thoughts & opinions about eliminating it, determining the reasons behind it & the consequences as well as reviewing the principles of human rights. By the end of the workshop, certificates of participation were distributed by the organized committee for all the participants.
