On 18/10/2014 held the project team of advocacy for policy reform ( to improve water service in district 9 nissan ) one of the projects Baghdad Women Association  the meeting attended by the members of project team and group of women who live in the different area to find out developments of scarcity of water and if there was an improvement in the service and some citizen mention that duanm and orchards it has become reached by water a daily where the another citizen mention this problem is still ongoing and they required from the team to pressure on decision-makers in municipal to address this problem and also the citizen suggest That be offered on the municipality of Baghdad  the problem of bad sewage disposal, especially in the winter the project team has confirmed that they will take it upon themselves to deliver the votes to the decision-makers
