Needs Assessment training-Baghdad

In commitment with the project ” Building organizational effectiveness and quality protection programming with Baghdad Women Association” and by the support of LWF, Baghdad Women Association implemented needs assessment workshop for two days 10-11 March 2019 at the Association’s HQ in Baghdad, Karada. The workshop discussed many subjects such as the concept of needs assessment and a review of the Maslow Pyramid and explaining the type of needs and importance of assessment, stages, tools and review of the problem identification mechanism and methods of analysis. The workshop also dealt with the stages of data management and the method of writing the report with a practical application carried out by the participants of the staff of the Association. The workshop ended with a talk by the trainer in which he pointed to the importance of faith in the aim of human action to achieve the goal.
