Meeting with private sector partners

The #Baghdad_Women_Association held a meeting on on 16th July 2019 with private sector partners from various institutions in Baghdad governorate as part of the job placement activity of the project “Strengthening the resilience of Syrian women and girls and host communities in Iraq”, carried out with the support of #UNWomen and the European Trust Fund “Madad”.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Widows Training and Development Center, Tammuz Organization, Tourism and Travel Company, Al Tayba Organization, Islamic Association for Iraqi Women, Tajdid Iraq Foundation , Nada Al-Sabah Educational Foundation, Beauty Products Company and the Center for Strategic Affairs.
The meeting aimed to discuss the possibility of creating job opportunities from women and girls who have been trained in the recruitment activity of the project.
