Knitting Activity in Counseling and Listening center at Qarqaoosh

The staff of Listening and Counseling center at Qaraqoosh started Knitting activity within (Strengthening the empowerment and resilience for women and girls of conflict-affected and host communities in Nineveh Plain, Iraq) funded by Lutheran World Federation at 9April 2019.
The activity was done at the counseling and listening center at 9April 2019 and 25 women attended from Nineveh plain .The project manager started by introduction about Baghdad Women Association and the services provided within the center , The trainer was introduced to the women and they introduced themselves to each other .
All needed materials for Knitting was provided to the women whom started working together after introducing them to the materials and the basics for knitting by the trainer. The women started knitting and they expressed their relieve to attend this activity and to get to know new friends .
