A three-day training was conducted on establishment and management business for 10 women from the host community in order to increase their knowledge of establishing and managing small private business and how to manage the project budget by a specialized trainer. During the training days, many details of personal projects were inquired by the beneficiaries. Grants will also be distributed to 8 women to be a seed capital for them to establish their own small projects and enter the labor market and start their journey to become independence financially.
