Enhancing the implementation of UNSCR 1325 by Government entities in Iraq

The staff of the Project (Enhancing the implementation of UNSCR 1325 by Government entities in Iraq) and by the support of UN Women on 24-25-28/ August 2016 awareness sessions. The first day was on legal awareness on (marriage contract and its definition, its conditions and procedures in the court, women rights at marriage and at divorce as mentioned in the Iraqi personal code for 1958) The second day was on (Peace building and violence and its types). The third and last day was on Health awareness (Personal hygiene, health and breast cancer). The session targeted 23 IDP’s women living in 9 Nissan Camps in Al-Amin.
