Empower women in society

To encourage the people of the regions to involve the female element in the market, to rely on themselves, and to contribute to the management of their families’ financial affairs, accompanied by men, because there will be support for livelihood projects for women in those regions in the near future. In response to this, the DAC organization, in coordination with the Sinjar Center – Baghdad Women Association, implemented three awareness activities on January 23-24, 2023, with the participation of 45 beneficiaries. The topics were on how women participate in building themselves and building society, as well as talking about the stories of successful women who participated in building themselves and society, in addition to the rights and privileges of women in society. The aim of these sessions is to educate the community (women and men) on the role of women and their rights in society, in addition to accepting that women can also work and have intellectual and physical energies, and they can depend on themselves in earning income.
