Completion Of ” Journey to Healing ” Activity Of The First Group Of Beneficiaries

Baghdad Women Association, through it LC in Duhok – Seji , concluded  the Journey To Healing activity for the first group of beneficiaries on 4^th April, 2019 , within the project ” Reintegration Support for Women and Girl Returnees in Al Hamdaniya District and Seji Village “, supported by   Tearfund_Organization . (12) Beneficiaries from various religions and sects participated in  the activity which  included (12) sessions targeting women and girls who suffered from violence. The sessions included variety of subjects, according to the activity methodology, such as recreational and educational activities to help women reach healing. The activity was concluded with awarding the participants certificates of participation. The activity produced many success stories which illustrated the positive change in women`s lives and the transformation to capable  women and girls who can  overcome  difficulties and traumas for a positive future full of stability and happiness .
