Baghdad Women Association representative the lawyer Haydar Karem Participated in the training workshop which was held at Access to justice, the topics was about capacity building of organizations management, trends and ways available for expansion and planning in work management, there was a discussions of the pros and the strengths of the organization that operates each participant, in addition to the weaknesses and the available opportunities for organizations, also they discussed the threats faced during work, and the elements that must be created by the organization to ensure a legally Sustain and protection for it.
