BWA conducts training workshop on UNSCR 1325 in Baghdad
Baghdad Women Association (BWA) conducted a training workshop on UNSCR 1325, I-NAP & its Contingency Plan in Divan of Christi犀利士 ans; Ezideans & Sabians Endowments headquarter from 24th to 26th of August 2015.
The workshop, run by both BWA staff members Saif Hamid & Noor Al-Jadir and attended by 12 beneficiary feminist staff members of the Divan , focused on the importance of the resolution that ensure women & girls rights besides the necessity of implementing it in Iraq under the present circumstances.
At the end of the workshop, BWA was given an appreciation certificate by the Divan presidency for the special voluntary efforts implemented in the field of spreading awareness of women & girls regarding the resolution mentioned above. Both BWA instructors & beneficiaries also were given appreciation certificates.
