BWA conducts awareness workshop on UNSCR 1325 in Baghdad

BWA’s 1325 team members started awareness workshop, funded by USIP, on UNSCR 1325, its national & contingency plans in the Ministry of Finance. The 3-day awareness workshop started on Tuesday dated 13th of October 2015 was attended by the staff members of the ministry mentioned above.

This workshop comes as a part of series of workshops that BWA works on conducting them in different government departments in order to raise their staffs awareness on the importance resolution mentioned above that defends women’s rights, their role in security & peace building.
