Awareness session on the importance of the role of women in society
BaghdadWomenAssociation held an awareness session provided by the social Worker at Lestining and Consulting Center in Dohuk , Dalal Aref , on July 24, 2019
As part of Voluntary awareness sessions activitiy of the project (Strengthening the Resilience of Syrian Women and Girls and Host Communities in Iraq) with the support of UN Women and the European Trust Fund “Madad”.
In order to acquaint them with the importance of the role played by women in addition to men and their participation in the development of its functions and roles in the community in general and with her family in particular, and the number of attendance 14 women from the village of Seiji interested in the subject.
The outcome of the session was to inform women and appreciation of the most important role in the community with the opening of dialogue and exchange of ideas among them.
