Awareness session on GBV and Reproductive health

Baghdad_Women_Association listening center in Duhok held an Awareness session on GBV and Reproductive health in Domiz Syrian Refugee – Duhok within the project “Strengthening Access to Protection, Participation and Services for women Refugees, Internally Displaced People IDPs and women in Host Communities in Iraq” which is funded by the European Union’s Regional Trust Fund in Response to the Syrian Crisis, the EU “MADAD Fund” with the support of Euro Med Feminist Initiative (EFI) on 6 December 2019.

The number of attendees of the workshop were 10 women and girls, aiming at increasing the awareness of refugee women and girls in the camp on the issue of violence, reproductive health and work on health and intellectual development.

At the end, a pre & post evaluation was conducted, an assessment of the extent to which information obtained from them was implemented, and the dissemination of that information among women and girls within the camp and in the communitغn the camp and in the communityy
