Achievements of Najat Project: Prevent and mitigate Gender Based Violence and protection risks during the COVID-19 Pandemic

During March, BWA conducted 10 awareness sessions for 100 women and girls in the Center of psychological listening and counseling for women and girls in Fallujah. Baghdad Women Association arranged for a training of Capacity Building for local, international and governmental Service Providers in Fallujah within 3 days discussing important topics of Protection, Concepts of Gender Based Violence and Case Management to implement Najat project. BWA celebrated International Woman’s Day with the attendance of 16 women who talked about their success stories in facing the difficulties they went through, BWA made all the necessary networking and coordination with many institutions to provide better services to the people of Fallujah.
