A workshop of strategic management and institutional organizational development

Baghdad Women Association Participated in a workshop of strategic management and institutional organizational development for 5 days in order to build the institutional capacity of civil society organizations and making a process of change to identify trends in policies and procedures by changing vision of the future of the organization, the workshop addressed explanation for the threads (strategic planning, management, leadership, how to manage change),this workshop was organized within a program supported by USAID with the presence of a number of civil society organizations in Baghdad and other Iraqi provinces.
