A panel discussion on the topic of personal status

The lawyer of Al-ameen listening and guiding center, one of BWA centers, Nadia Sa’ad attended Panel discussion implemented by the Norwegian Council for IDP’s within the program of Information and legal Counseling (ICLA), the session was about personal status and applied measures in Iraqi courts, but the most important subject was on the obstacles facing issuing proof of death For the IDP’s in court especially in the hot zones containing terror such as (Al-anbar, Nainawa and Salah-aldein)

Among the attendance there were members of the Lawyers Association, members of General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, lawyers, Associate Director of the Municipal Council , and the retired judge Waleed, and many of the NGO’s such as the Iraqi Foundation for Development and the president of the Secret Organization for Youth.
