4th Training workshop on Active Citizens starts in Baghdad

The activities of the 3-day 4th training workshop on active citizens held by the BWA staff as voluntary work & sponsorship by British Council, held in Ishtar Meeting Room inside BWA headquarter started on Tuesday dated 9th of February 2016.

The workshop, attended by 15 participant young men & women, included many of activities that aim at building their abilities for contributing effectively in raising the fact of women & girls in the society such as showing a short movie on active citizen, expressing their talents & experiences that can be used in implementing the project via the best methods given during the workshop and then the participants divided into work groups to exchange thoughts & opinions.

The workshop concluded with the change that the participants felt, expressing things about themselves, feeling of optimism on the future, desire to join the voluntary work as well as working as a team.
