Training women and girls on value chain and marketing

BWA conducted a three-day training on 13-14-15 October 2022 on managing small projects for 40 beneficiaries in the Sinjar district.
Giving women and girls the opportunity to advance, acquire and run their professional businesses.
To be accepted into the projects, they must have the experience, skill, and certification to get these projects, and be included within the criteria. This course aimed to end poverty, achieve gender equality and empower women and girls economically for the benefit of the family. We also found that women in Sinjar lack balance in terms of their distribution in the overall economic sectors and that their presence in other economic sectors (other than agriculture) is almost non-existent.
