  • Some practical ideas for implementation
  • After examples of recycling. Awareness about the environment and its importance in the world and how to preserve it to overcome and mitigate disasters and high temperatures to maintain the safety of humanity from disasters and pollution.

-Reasons that cause stress
-The results of stress
-The importance of getting rid of anxiety and stress and which are the good ways to practice.

These sessions aim to support women psycholo壯陽藥 gically and socially, promote their mental health and teach those ways to entertain themselves.

The aim of implementing lit犀利士 eracy training is to develop women’s abilities to read, write, and use the mobile phone, as it is one of the contemporary devices that they need in daily life.
